About Us

Local Is Better

Local means more than just sourcing as much as we can from our nearby friends and neighbors. It means that we value those aspects of life that make day-to-day living in the city pleasurable: getting together with friends and family, enjoying our unique and special setting, and mingling work with play.

We started out as Memphis' first and only self-serve yogurt shops, but have expanded into the area's first and only authentic handmade gelato shops as well. From the beginning we dedicated ourselves to work with other local businesses and to expand our toppings and flavors into some truly unique and delectable realms. We are also certified sustainable by Project Green Fork, a local non-profit that helps restaurants "green up" by recycling, reducing waste, limiting pollution, and increasing sustainability.

Fruits, berries, and nuts are obvious local choices when in season, but we quickly expanded our selection into candies and all sorts of baked goods. We now feature toppings from more than a dozen local businesses. Working with our local vendors is more fun, feels better, and helps support the local economy.

We are more than just a yogurt and gelato shop. Because of our network of local vendors, we have become as much of a community gathering place as a dessert shop. Any given day we have people meeting up after a movie, celebrating a little league baseball win, or just coming by with family and friends to hang out. It's been such a blessing to have our community embrace from the start. Because of your support, we have been able to grow and expand our menu and our concept into a dozen new shops opening up this summer across the Arkansas, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
