Our Gelato

When You Taste It, You’ll Know.

We handcraft our gelato using traditional Italian methods, using as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible. Because our gelato contains a third of the cream in traditional American ice cream, it is healthier yet bursting with flavor. The addition of homemade gelato has also been a lot of fun. We are able to integrate a variety of local ingredients into every batch making each flavor uniquely original. If you can’t make it into one of our shops, don’t worry. Pints will be available at your favorite neighborhood market.
